Othellos — Restaurant in Liverpool

Terrible service, substandard food and appalling attitude of management, would give no stars if possible. Visited restaurant with my family, including my two year old daughter and they didn't offer a high chair or infant seats which were available a(we only noticed theses when we took her to the toilet) or at least a cushion for her to sit on so as to be higher at the table. We had to ask if we could order food even though the resturant was fairly quiet with not many diners present. Sent the wrong dips ordered one tasted fizzy and off the other was sour humous. We weren't asked if we'd like another drink after ordering, or if everything was ok at any point during the meal. Ordered food from the children's menu and my daughter's pizza was a mini microwaved pizza for £6.50 which was burned so badly it was dark brown. I honestly couldn't believe they had the nerve to served this up which two year old refused to eat even though she is a very unfussy eater. When all of this was highlighted to the manager his attitude was poor he said shall I get the pizza back from the kitchen? When we said no one asked if we wanted a drink or if food was ok he said that wasn't there style. You have to ask them to come over!! Completely not the right attitude for a manager in a customer service environment. This is the first and last time I will ever done her and will warn others to avoid. We visited here for a family members big birthday. The food was nice although a few of our party had a dodgy stomach the next day. Considering there was only a few tables in the restaurant at the time the staff were not very attentive and we had to wait about 15 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink, this was after several attempts to grab either waiters attention and getting ignored. We also expected a bit more of a fuss over the big birthday we were celebrating especially as there was 14 of us and we were spending about £500 at the restaurant. Also we were told we couldn’t eat off of the two courses menu despite the fact it wasn’t a bank holiday which was a little off, it felt like because we were a big party they wanted us all to get mains and starters to spend more. We drive past this place and have said for months about going and after reading some reviews we decided to give it a try at the weekend. Its really dark inside with very little Greek authenticity. No offer of traditional breads or dips unless ordered for a cost and all separate. We had starters and main course. Calamari which didn't seem fresh and very chewy. Main of swordfish kebab and this was also not fresh and very little of it, really fishy taste. Had multiple times and never tasted it like that.
