Terrible service, substandard food and appalling attitude of management, would give no stars if possible. Visited restaurant with my family, including my two year old daughter and they didn't offer a high chair or infant seats which were available a(we only noticed theses when we took her to the toilet) or at least a cushion for her to sit on so as to be higher at the table. We had to ask if we could order food even though the resturant was fairly quiet with not many diners present. Sent the wrong dips ordered one tasted fizzy and off the other was sour humous. We weren't asked if we'd like another drink after ordering, or if everything was ok at any point during the meal. Ordered food from the children's menu and my daughter's pizza was a mini microwaved pizza for £6.50 which was burned so badly it was dark brown. I honestly couldn't believe they had the nerve to served this up which two year old refused to eat even though she is a very unfussy eater. When all of this was highlighted to the manager his attitude was poor he said shall I get the pizza back from the kitchen? When we said no one asked if we wanted a drink or if food was ok he said that wasn't there style. You have to ask them to come over!! Completely not the right attitude for a manager in a customer service environment. This is the first and last time I will ever done her and will warn others to avoid. Also in 2018 this restaurant needs to keep up with the times and at least have a reader for electronic transactions
