Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Liverpool

There was four staff members on doing nothing at all while I saw at least seven tables that needed clearing and cleaning, there was food all over the floor as well. Pretty much everything is half tidy. For example there were two full trays on a table and the staff member took only one, while he half cleared a table of crumbs with his hand. The toilets were vile and flies were all over the cakes. Generally a poor staff service. Also, there was a badly cracked picture that only had sellotape stopping it falling and causing injury right above the sugar and straw area. Costa is generally not too bad, but the Belle Vale store is atrocious. The staff are possibly the worst in any Costa, constanly get orders wrong and terrible customer service. The store constantly runs out of menu items. There are major issues with the cleanliness, especially during busy times. There are only 2 staff members, and one seems to just do Online/Phone orders. Avoid.

Generally Costa staffs are good but particularly one of the lady name Paula working in Balle Valle she is very racist. When she serve me I can feel that she could say to move if she not employee there. I work near to this place and love Costa but that’s very unexpected to face a problem like this. However I am not saying about all I know some people are working there very nice. I am not sure anybody notice has same problem like me but I think Costa manger or area manager should take this in...
