Me and my cousins decided to have some dessert so we came to Safis but we were surprised to find that we had to take out. Which completely changed our plan, later when we ordered, we were meant to get 4 half Nutella waffles and 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream. When we get our food, we had only got 2 halfs and 2 ice creams. When we called them, they wouldn't answer. And it was clear that is was embarrassing for my aunt to tell us that there wasn't food. And to top this ruckus all off, she had to pay the full price and didn't get even a pence for inconvenience or the wrong order. She had been robbed basically paying double and not getting what she wanted. *And because our plan changed and she had to come home late due to the questioning if our order was correct(WHICH WERE ASSURED THAT WE HAD GOT THE RIGHT ORDER(WHICH WE HADN'T!!)), our 2 scoops of ice cream melted too. Just an embarrassment and a disaster. Kids were sad and hungry because of this. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WANTING TO HAVE A NICE MEAL AND A NICE TIME WITH...

I ordered a full white chocolate waffle with strawberries and on the first time I received a HALF nuttella waffle so I explained that it was the wrong order and I couldn’t have nuttella as I am allergic to nuts so they brought out an new waffle this time it was a FULL NUTTELLA waffle after a repeat of the last explanation why I couldn’t eat this they then proceeded to bring out a NUTTELA and white chocolate waffle with strawberries. At this point I was fed up so I went to the order stand and explained I couldn’t have this and they tried to correct me on what I said whilst putting words and lies in my mouth. Eventually on the fourth time they got it right but it shouldn’t take that long. And because of the surroundings of nuts I have now a rash all on my arms and legs as my allergy is very serious.
