The two of us had booked here for the Friday late afternoon that we were booking into the Premier Inn next door. We weren't made aware of an offer for patrons of the hotel but this wasn't a fault of the restaurant. Luckily we arrived whilst the daytime menu was still open. Staff member greeted us at the door and we were promptly seated, informed about the different menus, asked for allergies and if we would like to order drinks whilst we viewed the menu. Tables and cutlery were clean. Drinks arrived within 5 minutes and we were given as much time as we needed to make our decisions. Food ordered and any changes noted with a smile. Restaurant and bar area started filling up quite fast after 5pm but this didn't delay Food. We received what we ordered and everything seemed fresh, hot and delicious. Staff checked that everything was OK with meals and asked if we would like more drinks etc. When we had finished up we were brought the bill and paid up. We booked two mornings of breakfasts through the hotel and attended each morning at 7am. Doors were open at 7am on the dot, greeted again by staff member who confirmed our room for payment and asked if we had any allergies or if we had been for breakfast. We're were shown the coffee station, continental breakfast buffet and where hot food is served. Previously I have been to another beefeater for breakfast where you had to order and breakfast was made fresh. We actually preferred serving ourselves as we were tight on time in our schedule so we weren't sat around waiting for our food to be ready. Very friendly chef that said hello and greeted us with a smile each morning. Nice thick bacon, tasty sausages, two styles of egg, beans, mushrooms and hash browns meant there was plenty of hot options to choose from. Fresh bread out every day and a perfectly set toasting machine. Nice range of yoghurts, pastries, fruit and cereals available. Huge bonus for me was having decanted with big ice packs in for the water and juices which made drinks nice and cold. Cant comment on hot drinks as we don't drink them. Validate your reg to qualify for free parking at the venue. All in all, we were super impressed with this branch of beefeater considering some of the others are a bit hit and miss, the Stag and Rainbow were consistent in their good service all weekend. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

I was booked into the Liverpool (West Derby) Premier Inn which was conveniently attached to this Beefeater, as they all are for two nights for business. I was provided with the meal deal for each evening which is decent knowing I dont have to wonder from thr hotel to get food. On the first evening I had the wings to start with the 74 (not) hot sauce which taseted good but not hot, this was followed up by the 74 burger stack I think it was called and I couldnt not finish this. The second evening I opted to begin with the chicken goujons with the 74 hot sauce, nice but not hot. Following on I had the lasagne with salad and lastly the banoffee waffle sundae. A few things to note here, the meal deals only include a few mains, some require a surcharge which I didnt know about until I recieved a bill on the first evening and the salad on the second night had a dressing on which was not to my liking. The breakfast was again as you would expect from a buffet style pig out session, had all the required ingredients and tasted nice. The staff were all pleasant and helpful and did amend the bill on the second evening as a good will gesture for the ambiguity over the first nights meal, my favourite part was the brief cool air walking to and from the restaurant. Overall this restaurant is great for convenience and I would of course eat here again if I stayed at the hotel. I think if I lived in Liverpool then id probably dine at restaurants more to my tastes but this served its purpose for me perfectly and as said above, if staying at the Prem Inn, id eat here.

Great location on Liverpool’s ring road - Queen’s Drive. There was a little wait on arrival. REGISTERED my car . The seater guy was grumpy and said we can staying there for only one hour 🤷🏻♂️ Never heard such a nonsense, but okay. The lady who took the orders was really nice, friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 full rack of pork ribs with chips, corn on the cob, bbq sauce and coleslaw. Pork ribs were really tasty! Chips was hot and tasty. Corn could be better if they just roll on the grill for a second and buttered. Otherwise it was only cooked - still tasty 😅 Coleslaw wasn’t perfect. Tiny portion, tasted like some veggies much together with a cheapest mayo. I might wrong! Altogether the food was brilliant (short waiting table service). The bank payments gone wrong their machine stopped working. They asked after tea how we want to pay… by card. Liam wasn’t kind or helpful. Stressful, no smile or anything, even though I told him this is not his fault and I’m happy to do any other solutions. At the end he recorded my bank details and that was all. About an hour later I got the receipt from my bank. Atmosphere only got 4 stars, because I had to put my hacked in the disabled toilet. NO COAT HOOK! Not all the disabilities has wheelchair. I have colorectal cancer. A hook costs about £2.. Overall I was satisfied with the restaurant and staff. Definitely visiting back soon!

Coeliac Review - Breakfast (stayed at Premier Inn next door). Can't praise this place enough. Wish I had got the name of the lovely staff member (female, Mon am) who, from the very first moment we walked in, welcomed us and made us feel right at home. We were asked if any of us had any allergies (coeliac) and were immediately given the allergens guide. I was able to have toast!! My fellow coeliacs will know how much of a novelty this is. It's toasted separately too! I also had gluten free museli!?! A separate packet just for me!!! The lovely lady also asked if I wanted the kitchen to cook me a separate breakfast, so I didn't have to eat off the buffet bar. May seem like small things to some, but to a coeliac - this was amazing. I was in Liverpool for an MRI, the kindness this women showed me made me feel relaxed. Thank you xxx

Would not rush back anytime soon. The food was okay but certainly does not justify the prices. For example, £23 for a half rack of ribs and half a chicken breast, the breast which was over cooked and the ribs came with their sauce on the side, which meant that they very much were knocking on the door of being over done too. The fries were supposed to be seasoned in some capacity according to the menu too, but that didn't happen either, just plain French fries they were. Also, just recalled that we also ordered a side of "tenderstem broccoli", for £3.75, and got a grand total of 2 pieces of broccoli, mixed in with a load of other veg which honestly wasn't on the menu, I wanted broccoli, not a load of peppers and onions, so to pay that is a bit daft
