Came to order coffee and was looking at the board to order one of the specials just to be told by a man behind the till that they don't have anything of that, ordered something else just to be told also that they don't do it anymore but still boards full of offers. When asked or rather tried to ask what they have then I met very offensive attitude from person working there with hands in the air like we would attack him or what and said that he can do one of the refreshers but they don't have fruit, when I asked about white chocolate pistachio iced latte he said he's not allowed to do it anymore. Read moreI bought and went to collect my order using the app too good to go to the starbucks at Liverpool airport landside, , the man old working tonight 23 noviembre was very rude racist and not helpful at all. I completely understand that his machine was not working and he couldn't process and give me the order. But his manners and how he treat me was rude and unpleasant no professional. It's a pity that starbucks have workers staff like him.
