Upper Crust Liverpool Airport — Restaurant in Liverpool

Joke of a place , went in here while waiting for a flight . Ordered 1x flat white and 1x green tea, she prepped 2 teas ! When I said I Ordered a flat white , she apologised and made my coffee, then she attempted to sell the spare tea to the next bloke in line . When my Mrs tried her tea it was actually a normal tea so she had to remake that . I also asked if I could have a cup of hot water, but apparently I can't because of H&S rules 🤔. So a boiling cup of water with a tea bag or coffee beans included apparently renders boiling water safe , I never knew that , could it be perhaps that no profit is made from boiling water alone , btw I would have gladly paid...

Although not an upper crust customer on this occasion. I must recommend Maxine for airport employee of the year!! A group of artists with Down’s Syndrome called Drag Syndrome were on their way to Iceland to perform and meet the President of Iceland. The group were all dancing to disco music across from the shop. Maxine joined them and danced with them. She was amazing!! She danced disco with them for about ten minutes, and how she can move! It brightened many people’s mornings. All the upper crust customers applauded. As a brother of one of the artists, it was unforgettable. Thank you...

Went for the ULTIMATE Bacon Baguette which sounded epic and was just the thing needed before our early morning flight. It was however, as can be seen in the photograph, the most disappointing food experience I have ever experienced. Complete rip off and to be advertised as the ULTIMATE is more than a stretch....in short I would not recommend this outlet unless the quality and quantity of their products improves dramatically.
