Kilty & Co - Weddings - Private Chef/Dining & Event Catering North West — Local services in Liverpool

On a recent to trip to England my family and I rented an Airbnb and while in Liverpool we had the pleasure of having Chef Eddie prepare us a private dinner and brunch. On this family trip we went to a Liverpool game and a Beatles tour, but we have all agreed that the highlight (except for my dad of course since the reason we flew from Los Angeles was to see a Liverpool game) was Chef Eddie’s dinner and brunch.

We find ourselves reminiscing on each dish from the oysters, to the sea trout tartare and while I never thought I would be obsessed with asparagus here I am writing a review about these fabulous asparagus he prepared along cured cod.

I can’t express enough gratitude for the wonderful dishes and cocktails prepared by Chef Eddie and Kelsey. His culinary passion comes alive in each dish. For my family and I this was a trip of a lifetime and truly we’ll be talking about Chef Eddie’s dinner and brunch for many years to come.

I sincerely look forward to the next time I’m in England to able to enjoy another Kilty & Co...

Excellent delicious food, beautifully prepared. Classic tastes and great depth of flavour. We have used both the meal prep at home service and were lucky enough to have Eddie private chef for us.

The delivered menus are excellent - with really simple to follow instructions and delicious restaurant standard food. We have used other services and have found their instructions complex - Eddie’s are clear and stress free. Can highly recommend. Incredible value for money.

It was wonderful to have a private chef experience too as a birthday treat. We had an outstanding tasting menu. This was beautifully balanced and tailored to my preferences. Exquisite presentation and all round fabulous evening.

It can potentially be intimidating to have a proper chef in your kitchen (I hid all the pot noodles) but Eddie is warm and friendly and not judgemental 🤣🤣🤣

Eddie catered our wedding back in June and we couldn't have asked for a better caterer! We wanted the food to be a special and personalised part of the day and it definitely was. The food was incredible and we've had so many guests saying its the best wedding food they've had! Eddie helped us create our own custom menu that we were so pleased with, and was able to cater for various different preferences and allergies. The staff that he brought with him on the day were also amazing - all super friendly, attentive and professional. Kelsey was brilliant front of house. She was a great calming influence on the day and was able to answer every question we had! We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day and Eddie played a great part in that!
