Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Liverpool

My partner asked for a breakfast, he asked could the 2 hash browns be removed( dislikes them) maybe another piece of bacon instead, told NO! That's it just NO! ( we always eat breakfast out, and never once have we had that treatment regarding not liking one of the items!!! Instead when served he got two well over cooked hash browns and one piece of burnt bacon I then asked for avocado on toast with poached egg again I was told NO! I had to pick the avocado with a dressing not just avocado? Here's the thing, I had to pay extra for a bit of a tomato on top with some sort of chilli flakes over a scraping of avocado( no heat whats so ever in flakes) gave it a fancy title and charged a stupid price for bit of a tomato and some flakes. I work with special needs children so I took one child to this cafe for just ice cream which was £1.50 Female staff told us for wait and said she will bring order to us. We waited almost half an hour for just ice-cream. Same staff who took order from us was cleaning around others tables, and I noticed we were in her attention. When nearly half an hour and we went to till to ask about our order from another staff. Then same staff who took our order, went to get ice cream and said they don't have syrup with it.
