unfortunately disliked it as the member of staff who served us was blunt rude and distent towards us, was well aware it was a Friday and that it was busy on a sunny day got the impression he was mainly after tips the food made up for the lowsy service may return when the person isn't on shift. was also left at the table longer then others who arrived after us.

food was pleasant but would only return as a last effort to an evening out at a push. more to an enjoyable time then food. drink prices where jaw dropping as well. would of put a one star but the food did manage to redeem some of the time there even though they added extra food to our bill that we didn't order again this down to the person taking our order who seemed to only...

Hi we have recently been to our works Christmas night out we’re we all had the festival Christmas meal . We support vulnerable adults who also attended the festival meal and the staff were absolutely amazing . Staff couldn’t help us enough so friendly and welcoming food was served hot and was lovely presented . Everyone had a ball the atmosphere and the entertainment was also brilliant . We often come here with the people we support the food is so reasonable and the portions are very generous would recommend anyone to come . We re-visited Masons Arms a few weeks later - and I am pleased to say it rated 5* in our view. Yes, it was a little noisy when we arrived - though nothing like as bad as before - but a brief request to reduce the level was successful and achieved with courtesy. The food was fine and the drink was lower priced than usual. Although the table next to us was noisy we were able to discretely move to a quiet area. Highly recommended for both...
