Left without food at-last after a wait for more than an hour horrible service.Servers were running around like headless chickens. Busy doing nothing chatting among themselves.please recruit service oriented serious rather chicks bothered about their looks knowing nothing about good efficient service. Non apologetic rude staff. No we didn’t leave without trying the food we were told that the machine had broken down people who had come after us were served food pls note that. We were very patient. Let me update you the service had an issue right from the start we had booked a table for 2 well in advance came bang on time. After being seated waited for more then 20 minutes had actually went to the reception and requested to take our order infact we didn’t complain then. After placing the order we waiting patiently another 40 min for our order but when we noticed that customers coming after us were served food we asked the server about our food who conveniently vanished. No one had the courtesy to inform us what was happening no apology nothing thats when we lost our patience and walked out. U put urself in out position u go to a restaurant and wait of 1 hr to be served if u had one chef fine what about the waiting time to even place the order can u please explain how come customers who came after us were served pizzas. Please check ur cameras. We were compelled to leave cause no one had the courtesy to to tell us anything and if u had issues with ur machine and chef why was ur staff taking orders in the first place why were we not informed about this issue. Booked a table for 8pm well in advance. Staff said the table was not ready as they were 'rushed'. We then walked around looking at the cars, and asking them every so often if the table was ready. 45 mins later, the table was ready. We sat, no menus for another 20 mins. Order drinks and pizza. 30 mins later, after we asked them several times, the food arrived. While eating our pizzas, the bill was brought over! Without offering us dessert! They offered us dips for free (no big deal!). We paid and left. Really poor service, pizzas had very little meat on them! A small bit of meat on each slice, terrible! Nduja and burrata.

If you look at the photo attached and the proportion of the size of the pizza, in comparison to the amount of meat, most of the pizza is tomato sauce. There is one bite of meat per slice; the description on the menu does not allude to there being one bite of met per slice. My photo does not lie.

Staff are not trained to even make a coffee let alone not having customer care after waiting 22 minutes to still be holding a boiling hot flat white! No replacement offered, no the money back. I shall add. Pizza’s were ready in ten minutes I was told after returning and then I asked for three dips and instead of the bar staff checking and adding it as it was missing I was asked to clarify when it was sort of clear on the piece of order doc. Even then no apology. As the guy said people go there to drink so everything else even the pizzas aren’t important. This guy even smashed a glass and it was left and not cleared up. The owners and managers should train and get in skilled people. An absolute mess of a pizza bar.waist of time and money. Interesting if it lasts! As I heard two bad reviews after mentioning it!
