Ammu & Sam's Pizza — Restaurant in London

Wrong size pizza delivered contacted the shop manager stated will see and maybe send another one. Requested for an update 15-20 mins later. Lady on the phone picked up I asked if driver coming or not she said coming but idk?? If you don't know then why are you saying they are coming either it's a yes or no, not an idk. To top it off this lady is SHOUTING on the phone literally SHOUTING. Bit confused why u feel the need to shout explained to her do not shout like there’s absolutely no need she responded “I AM WORKING I AM WORKING” don’t know what correlation there was in that and then passed it to the manager whose also SHOUTING says “why do you keep calling” ( called twice he hung up the first time, the second for an update) maybe because I have 6 people here waiting to eat and you you made a error yourself in the first place and because you said "will see" and your employee said “idk” therefore, not confirmed whether coming or not. Blaming Uber saying "it does not work” not sufficient. You can simply turn Uber off for the day. Manager stated can't turn it off, well It's very possible as I have worked in restaurants before as well and know very well you can. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO MANNERS WHATSOEVER NO NEED TO SHOUT POINT BLANK. Never ordering again after being a customer for so long have never experienced this type of service anywhere...

Ordered 1 pizza...

Took 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there, granted they had orders but they were working at a very leisurely pace. Ordered and said it would take 10-15 minutes for it to be ready. 15 minutes go by and 3-4 customers come and go with their food, thought it'd be in the oven so only a couple more minutes. Nope, 20 minutes in and I see one of the staff only just starting to make my pizza, slowly at that. Coming up to 30 minutes and finally my pizza is here, I quickly checked the pizza upon receiving and it was covered in cheese and thought it was ok, so went home quickly as I was quite hungry after waiting longer than expected. Got home, sat down, opened box, went to pick up a slice but nope, the pizza was not even cut. Got up got a knife, sliced up some slices. Sat back down, took a bite and tasted a bit of Pepperoni, my pizza did not have Pepperoni, I lifted the layer of cheese and turns out I got given a pizza with random toppings, about half of the toppings I asked for was there and the other half was just other toppings. If the pizza I received was what I ordered, it would've been like the price of it, cheap. Of course I still ate it all, as mentioned previously, I was very hungry at this point. Would not order from here ever again, lesson learned.

TLDR: Don't order...

I waited nearly 2 hours for pizza ordered at 2100 and pizza came 2245 they said it will take 40m ok I understand they may be busy but it was terrible service and also the lady on the phone taking orders had no common sense or no customer service knowledgement . I called the person at the shop they said the delivery guy left as I spoke to her from there I waited another 25m bare in mind I live exactly 7 to 10ms away by car from the shop....then I called the shop back and this time i was fuming it was 22.15 family was so hungry by now.... got so angry I wanted my money back I called again the lady said no wait another 5m pls and apologised she said 'I don't know what's happened to the driver"....after that the delivery boy come after 10ms of that conversation...I asked the delivery driver what happened why did you take long time? he replied ' I just got this order from the shop like 5ms ago I don't know' I was so shocked I asked again so you just received this order 5 mins ago and your coming straight to me now he replied "yessss " and showed me his phone...

This shows me there was something really dodgy about this didn't know what to believe...I did not like the service at all the food was so cold and dry.

Never again ordering...
