This KFC gave me disgusting experience. The staff usually ask to wait for about 5 minutes if it is relatively large order (bargain or wikked variety buckets) during 9.00 PM - 10.30 PM and it has been the regular experience in the last 3 months. They also disproportionately put wings pieces in the large order, usually more than 1/3 of the pieces of relatively large order.
This review is being written just after about an hour and a half after taking away bargain bucket on 02 June 2018 around 9.30 PM - 10.00 PM. The staff did not bother about providing receipt either. However, it was paid by debit card so have the payment record at the bank.
02 June 2018, 9.30 PM - 10.00 PM has been the worst and disgusting experience. A bargain bucket was ordered.
This time too, the staff did ask say it would take about 5 minutes waiting time as there was not enough chicken pieces on the rack and I agreed.
This time they did not bring the cooked chicken pieces to the rack and filled the bucket at the cooker.
They have filled up with 1/2 of the large bargain bucket with wings pieces and that is the least of the issue.
Couple of chicken wing pieces have human hair in the coating, and upon hearing and seeing this one of my child almost choked.
A thigh piece is only partially cooked and looked blood translucent (picture attached).
We will not write or complain to the KFC as it is a franchise, we will write directly to KFC main office. Whether KFC main office takes some action or not, only time will tell.
I do not consider myself a fuzzy customer, I like KFC and very recently I have given some other KFC a great rating for overall service.
However, this KFC (Northolt Road, Harrow, HA2 8DY) take and treat the customer as the customer are granted.

THE CHIPS LOOKED AS IF THEY WERE MADE OUT OF POTATO SCRAPS, THE CHICKEN WAS COLD & TASTED STALE. THE ONLY PLACE THE ORDER WENT WAS IN THE BIN!!! IT WAS INEDIBLE!! This branch seems to be A CONTINUOUS MISS & VERY FAR FROM A HIT. I KNOW THIS BRANCH IS A FRANCHISE & AFTER READING THE OTHER REVIEWS MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE. WHAT ON EARTH IS THE OWNER DOING TO FIX THE ISSUES IN HIS/HER EATERY? ANSWER: NOTHING AT ALL JUDGING BY THE VAST NEGATIVE REVIEWS & THE OWNERS RESPONSE THAT EXCELLENT SERVICE & FOOD STANDARDS ARE IMPORTANT TO HE/SHE & HENCE WILL TAKE THE FEEDBACK ON BOARD, BUT IT'S STILL CONTINUING!! I have notified Just eats of my experience, however the responsibility of resolving issues lies with you. & ONLY YOU!! I MADE REFERENCE YOUR COMMENTS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS BAD EXPERIENCES WHICH FRANKLY ARE EXTREMELY INADEQUATE!! I came into the South Harrow KFC, yesterday at around 8:45 p.m. with my son and left absolutely fuming. Two staff were openly shouting at each other across the shop — one at the counter and one screaming from the back — like it was a public spectacle. The woman in the back was yelling as if she owned the place and everyone had to obey her. It was loud, aggressive, and utterly humiliating to watch.
The cashier handled it with courage and professionalism. She even said, “we can speak about this later, not now,” trying to calm things down and keep serving customers — bless her for staying composed while being screamed at in front of kids and paying customers. She was mortified but kept doing her job. That poor woman did not deserve to be treated like that.
What shocked me most was that no manager or senior staff did anything. Nobody stepped in to stop it. Letting this happen in front of customers is beyond unprofessional — it’s disgraceful. The person shouting needs to be disciplined immediately, and the cashier deserves recognition for how she held herself under that abuse.
I came in for food, not to witness staff being verbally attacked. I will never return to this branch unless there’s a serious change....
