Arya Lounge — Restaurant in London

Visited Arya Lounge whilst on our trip in Istanbul We had a range of venues to choose from but Arya had been recommended to us so we had to try And we were not disappointed! The venue looks amazing, we were greeted by a wonderful staff member (we didn’t catch her name!) and she helped us throughout our visit At first we were seated at an average seat with average views as it was quite busy however, before we could order the woman came to us and offered another seat (as she said ‘you had come first so it’s only right’) and this seat had an amazing view! We ordered food and shisha and some drinks, everything was excellent! Customer service was exceptional and once we ended the night our pockets were barely dented Would highly recommend Arya lounge, shisha was so good, food to match and the views were beautiful Thank you so much to the wonderful woman who served us, we wish we got your name! First time here and won't be going back. Firstly was told we couldn't sit where we wanted to even though the place was empty when we went in. The guy said they were reserved for group bookings of more people which is fine but then in the next 30 mins, 2 woman came in and sat there. Additionally, they don't have quite a few items on the menu they have up on Instagram which to me equals to false advertising - not because they ran out but because they simply don't do the food anymore. Finally, huge power cut that lasted the whole time we were there. Wasn't sorted and apparently not the first time it has happened. Had to pay using bank transfer and then the guy says he'll sort out our bill the next time we come - what does that even mean? What about the day it all happened? My advice to people is not to believe what they see...

Mango Tango with Hawaii £18.50 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m not normally for re-reviews but this needs one! As you all know Arya Lounge is one of my favourite lounges, their service is always on point, the vibe is spot on, their price is just perfect. Arya is a spot that constantly updates their equipment which a lot of lounges don’t bother thats why it needs that re-review! Today was in the area so popped in and wanted something new, so staff recommended Mango Tango with a mix of Hawaii by @adalyatobaccoorg it came in a premium @xquisitesmoke noble hookah I must say this shisha pipe was just awesome! The flavour was banging, we smoked for over an hour and half and the flavour was still dripping though thanks to the heat management, definitely quality! Highly...
