Chase Lane Park — Attraction in London

I recently attended a birthday party at this lovely park, and I was quite impressed! The park features a secure playground for kids, surrounded by gates, ensuring that little ones can play safely without wandering off. There are also several picnic benches available, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.

The area was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for a picnic or a leisurely stroll. I highly recommend this park for family outings, whether you’re looking to enjoy a day outside, go for a walk, or host a small party. Additionally, parking was convenient, with ample street parking available just outside the park.

One thing to note: I didn’t come across any public restrooms during my visit, so it may be wise to plan accordingly. However, overall, this park is a fantastic spot...

Pathway needs resurfacing. Usually jog around twice or three times a week but since December have injured my knee due to very poor ground surface . All uneven and bumped yup with tree roots etc. Council don't have money to improve it. So they say! The at ground area is over used and under maintained for the number of children that flow out of the school straight here in warmer weather. Not good enough. Seems to be a dog walkers park even though dogs are supposed to be kept on leads ( a small sign at the entrance of park) dog owners are careful and considerate to pick up after their dogs mess however. Nothing else there apart from a playground area. Some rusty benches and about two bins. Absolutely neglected......please...

Lovely park, great scooter/skate area, park equipment suitable for up to 9/10, but there is a wild area with bigger equipment and an exercise station for older kids and adults. Plenty of open space for football, bikes, walking, loads of dog walkers and a separate dog training area. Seating around park edges, could add a few more benches.
