Belly Busters — Restaurant in London

Went in BB today for the first time after dropping my 2 year old at the nursery next door. Got 2 chicken mayo baguettes, a viennese biscuit and a jam cream donut. Baguettes were slightly on the smaller side compared to other sandwich shops and fillings were minimal however tasty. Total bill come to £11.20, same order elsewhere is about £10 so roughly the same. So Baguettes 3 🌟.

The reason for 1 star is the fact that I found a hair in the vienese biscuit. I have short dark brown hair and wife has long long black hair. There is no way this hair belongs to us in anyway. The hair is blond/white. Had to throw away the vienesse biscuit. Was actually hoping to give 5 star as the ladies behind the sandwich bar are so so friendly and it would have been so convenient to grab breakfast as I'll be at the nursery 4 times a week however won't be coming back unfortunately.

The staff here are absolutely lovely – always cheerful, friendly, and working hard to serve customers with a smile. It's clear they care about what they do, and it makes a big difference to the experience. That said, I really wish the shop owners would invest a bit more in looking after their team. The heat in the shop is intense, and with no air conditioning, it’s uncomfortable for both staff and customers – especially during the warmer months. Customers can see the staff are physically struggling with the conditions.

The shop itself also feels quite tired and could really benefit from a makeover. Even small touches like updated displays or nicer containers for sandwich fillings (instead of old ice cream tubs) would go a long way in freshening things up. With such a great team, the shop deserves to look and feel just...

Went today for a coffee was accosted out side by a homeless woman who turned on my friend For not giving her a cigarette and putting her finish cigarette in bin and not giving it to her They allowed this women to sick outside the shop which is fair enough if you not going to ask everyone for cigarettes We then went in and ordered a lattte and a smoothie the lady who served us was lovely but The other lady blond hair and wearing glasses was so Dan rude while we stood to one side waiting for order said to us in a loud voice are you two together as people are waiting I almost...
