A large open space with fields and woodland situated on the northern slopes of Shooters Hill. In recent years, Greenwich Council has done very little to maintain the park and much of the woodland has reverted to a natural state - many of the old paths are covered over with brambles and trees remain fallen where they fell. The two main fields are still maintained though. The best thing about the park is the panoramic views from Docklands to East London and Essex. On a clear day you can see for 20-30 miles.
