I would like to thank black sheep coffee staff in the past the generosity and hospitality. In the way of despite the bad days selling the magazines the staff always put a smile on my face in the mornings. Selling London's favourite magazine, The Big Issue at Highbury Corner during the current climate and current conditions. It's been very hard for the vendors of the magazine to get by, and The Comforts of a free coffee make the biggest of differences during those cold winter mornings, and the tired mornings after long nights. Up until recently black sheep coffee has always been the highlight of my day but due to the select few you who are taking advantage and stolen card machines from the premises, I no longer get a chance to have the amazing coffee I once used to get or really get to chat to the fantastic staff and manager of the shop on a day to day basis. I'm thankful for the hospitality in the past but honestly filter coffee does not do it for me and I've had to move to Pret a Manger, who accommodate my needs and understand and that not all of us who work from the streets are bad people. They have continued to put a smile on my face with their version of a flat white, which to be honest does not quite hit the spot like black sheep. But of course I'm thankful to them and continue to be full Beans and happy. I was always promoting black sheep coffee while making my sales pitch at Highbury Corner but will no longer be doing so. I wish all the staff the best and as for the company... I thank you for my drinks in the past and generosity.

Humbly.... Little Jay

♿ The shop needs a wheelchair ramp! ♿ I'm sorry but you shouldn't have opened without one. The step is a small one but a step none the less! A small cheap plastic ramp would easily solve this that staff could put down and take back in daily with the rest of the street furniture. At best it is inconsiderate for any new business to open without full disabled access and at it's worst it is discriminatory! ☹️ The coffee ☕ was great as ever! The CBD shot was Reims! The price for the coffees we had came to a little over £7 each, which tbh is double what I would want to pay even though it is SO nice but this makes it more of a weekly end of the week / weekend luxury treat rather than an everyday essential (coffee on the way to work)! Staff seemed inexperienced and untrained. They were nice and friendly though. Bit slow on making the drinks but at least they didn't mess the order up and it was made with love. Your staff should have been fully trained before you opened and they deserve to be paid the London Living Wage! I've been twice now and I have to admit it's getting better, it's getting better all the time! Your pre-ordering on the app now works which was great! I have also had it delivered in from this store and it was well packed which has not always been the case when ordering in from other stores in the past. I do love Black Sheep 🖤🐑 as their coffee is a million times better than...

AWFUL customer service both yesterday and today. It's a shame because I haven't be treated that badly before when going to this Black Sheep Coffee branch. When I tried to pay for my £5.65 overpriced toastie yesterday, there was an issue with their card machine which meant I had to try to pay three times. The second time, the female member of staff loudly said "your card is declined" as if she wanted to humiliate me, so I explained that I had just used it seconds earlier at the train station and there was no problem. Thankfully, my card worked on the third attempt as she was talking to in her language to her male colleague - the conversation could've been about anything, but I have my suspicions.

The toastie was shoddy (see image) so I resolved to return today and give some feedback. The same female member of staff was there with another female member of staff. When I showed the picture, expressed my disappointment and gave some feedback, they very rudely explained that they don't make the toasties and they just put them down on the grill. Instead of taking this feedback and apologising to a paying customer, they decided to be unnecessarily rude and defensive. I think the staff at this branch may need some basic training in customer services. They're letting the Black Sheep...

AWFUL customer service both yesterday and today. It's a shame because I haven't be treated that badly before when going to this Black Sheep Coffee branch. This little coffee shop is a Shangri-la before i setting out for work in the morning. Black Sheep has earned its reputation for utilizing premium coffee beans, yet it's the unparalleled expertise and qualities of the baristas that elevate the coffee experience to extraordinary heights. The baristas in that coffee shop is more than making amazing and great coffee, they provide unique customer experiences, great communication skills, friendly, happy and polite. The morning Mocha served here is nothing short of the town's finest. Each morning, I am not just blessed with the privilege of savouring exquisite coffee; I am also granted the joy of exchanging a "good morning" with a wonderful lady, her eyes as beautiful and captivating as the brew she serves.
