Brown Eagle — Restaurant in London

It's not the first time I've been to this restaurant in Enfield but I think they have changed the staff , I went there yesterday Sunday 15th May and I was in the shop nearly 45 minutes waiting to be served and a little brown skin woman had such a terrible attitude it was shocking telling me they have customer online serving so I asked what about the people standing in the shop queue waiting and her whole attitude was wrong and as if that wasn't enough the way she served me was terrible the food is not free am paying for it am not in no food bank and I was absolutely shocked at her behaviour and conduct dealing with a customer. Being in business myself if I treated my customers like that I would not have a business today. I was charged £32 for a small ackee rice and peas and a large jerk chicken and rice. I will not be returning anytime soon. This is the problem when business owners employ staff and they mash up your business with there attitude because it'd not there business they only work there. That short brown lady needs some serious customer service training or be removed as toxic attitude is no good for any business especially when your serving food. I’ve sporadically ordered from this store whenever I’ve got a Caribbean takeaway pretty much since they’ve opened, although my last order was extremely disappointing, I’d spent almost £40 with one person having a juice and two patties and I had a juice, 3 jerk wings, rice and peas with jerk pork and fried dumpling. Dumpling was perfect, juice was perfect when I got to the 3 jerk wings I was very surprised the little meat on it, which you’d expect little amount of meat was dehydrated, overcooked and dried up, tough and very chewy not what I’d come to expect or had before it was hard to tell what was meat and what was bone. Rice and peas tasted great but again was very surprised ( thought I was just unlucky with the wings ) as the pork meat tasted dehydrated/chewy/tough dry and overcooked with bone as tough as the meat. Never, ever had such a disappointing meal from Brown Eagle and always rate their food tasty and fresh, not sure what happened here, of course I was disappointed and somewhat surprised with my order as I ate hardly any of the pork dish and ended up throwing it away. I’ve recently visited your Chingford restaurant today and last week and I must say the food was very disappointing.

Lacked flavour and the rice tasted like it’s been heated and frozen reheated!!!

The curry goat taste like it was not seasoned and as for the stew chicken it really did leave me questioning if you guys know what your doing!

Im an online foodie for google, and I will be leaving a 1* review for the quality of food.

On my visit today customers inside the Chingford branch where complaining about the lack in quality food for a place that has a few branches you really need to up your game!!!!

I’ve already left Dan Dans in Chingford for the same reason.

I’m only writing you this email in hope that you guys will improve on the quality of the food. As I can see the investment in the decor is brilliant!
