Flavas Chicken — Restaurant in London

Does anyone see any fried wings in these photos?? The photo says all there is to know about this review. I was sent these dry grilled wings because they “ran out” of fried wings. Never in my life have I come across a chicken shop that thinks it’s ok to substitute this for FRIED WINGS. My order consisted of 12 fried wings and instead I was sent 6 tiny dry overcooked grilled wings and leftover fried chicken that had clearly been left over from the day. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. Pathetic excuse for a business to have the audacity to do this. When I called them to ask why they had sent the wrong order, they said they knew they had run out of fried wings so sent what they had left instead. Is this a joke? Why would you accept an order knowing you can’t fulfil it, why not just reject the order? Treating your customers like a dustbin to just send leftover food at the end of the day. You have lost a loyal customer. This is just one of those unacceptable, inexcusable things to do...

Me and my partner went to try them since it was a new shop that had opened between two established chicken shops thinking they must be good if they have taken such a risk. We are writing this as per the owners constant plea and badgering for a review during the two occasions we have visited.

We couldn’t of been any more wrong. Rude and clueless customer service, constant attempts at sexist banter, soggy chips and they use frozen chicken. Not for me and my family.

Even though Tasty up the road have long queues at times we will stick to actually good fried chicken which doesn’t have us and...

I find it really weird that they have copied the other two local chicken shops menu and prices but have managed to make a mess of the food. I could make better fried chicken at home and save my money or better still go to Tennessee or Tasty's.

As everyone is saying soggy oily chips, undercooked frozen chicken which isn't fresh which means they are buying cheap low quality stock and dry wings which are also frozen. Doesn't deserve a spot on the local high street and I don't see them...
