Butterchurn — Restaurant in London

We popped into the Butterchurn and ate some lovely nachos, veggie fish less fish and chips, salad and garlic bread. It came quick and warm and the service from Mark and Hayley was really wonderful. They were really efficient and fun to talk with and to be table served by. It wasn't busy in there but really nice to see families and children around enjoying themselves. The atmosphere was really chilled but up beat through the staff's wonderful personalities. It was really clean throughout the bar and eating areas and it is clearly kept spotless regularly...especially the toilets...which some pubs can be awful. Been passed this place a few times whilst on the bus into Sutton. So arranged my meet my parents there for lunch. We have found a little gem. As we walked in we was greeted my a friendly smiley member of staff. We ordered drinks and some food. 2 OAP meals and a burger 🍔 The food was lovely and tasty and on the plus it was hot. Friendly staff, went midweek so was pretty quiet. Was able to find a spot to sit and eat dinner. Their food was nice. Visited again on a Friday night, it was a very different experience. Loud music, lots of loud chatter and singing along, great atmosphere. Still plenty of seating, but avoid if you want a quiet chat. Parking wasn't an issue either day. I got the impression they were dog friendly from their website, but didn't see any dogs...
