Disappointing service, lacked decency and took advantage.

As a long term customer throughout the years I was left with a disappointing experience. Originally ordered a salad that had a missing item. Informed the store and was eventually told that they would do something for me on my next return. A few weeks later went back and reminded them of the situation and ordered two salads. I was charged extra being informed there was a price increase. Completely disappointed with the service and its staff. I returned the same day to express my disappointment and was told the next time I come back a discount would be offered. Completely unprofessional. They lacked decency and took advantage. Popped in yesterday for a light lunch. Opted for the light English and for £6.50 it was ok at best. It’s what you’d expect for that price but what I didn’t expect that when I went to pay it totalled £9. When I asked “ have you just charged me £2.50 for a cup of tea”? His reply was “the price is in the menu” I’m sorry but when I look at menus I’m not normally looking for the price for a cup of tea because I’ve never been charged so much for a tea before.
