As a vegetarian and foreigner, I always struggle to find places that provide good vegetarian options. However, I was thoroughly impressed with the variety and flavor of the dishes at Casuarina Tree. Starting with the samosas, which were absolutely delicious and satisfying. I also enjoyed the spring roll. One of the highlights for my daughter who is a picky eater was the Chilli Paneer. The Gobi 65 was surprisingly good and the flavour of the cauliflower wasn’t too overpowering.

For the main meal, we got paneer butter masala, Bombay aloo and saag paneer. The Paneer Butter Masala was rich and creamy, the Bombay Aloo had perfectly spiced potatoes, and the Saag Paneer offered a delightful combination of spinach and paneer. The portion sizes were perfect, providing just the right amount to leave us satisfied without feeling overly full.

Cannot forget to thank Lawanya, who helped us with the recommendation and was very patient in explaining each dish. Her excellent service added to our enjoyable dining experience at Casuarina Tree. My kids loved her so much and her presence was so lovely.

I had a great experience with this restaurant. It’s my sisters favourite food so for her birthday I ordered a large amount of her favourites and spoke with Percy on the phone who took my order. He was fantastic, helped me work out the quantities of the dishes I wanted for the number of guests for our party and it was the perfect amount of food with enough leftover for our guests to take home (they were very happy to take extras home with them!). The order and payment process was very easy, and when I collected the food it was well packaged, no leaks. The price was very reasonable and matched the quality of the food. The food was delicious! My sister is vegan and they were able to accommodate and ensure all dishes we ordered were vegan. Percy was very friendly and the rest of the staff are as well.
