Chick Chicken — Restaurant in London

Customer services absolutely disgusting! I ordered a meal, forgetting to specify the part of the chicken I would like. Upon receiving my food I suddenly remembered that I hadn't told the guy the part of chicken I preferred, I went ahead and said "please I'm sorry I didn't say it earlier could I please have a side breast". He said in an annoyed tone of voice " you never said before". I said " yes I know but I'm asking you now". He shook his head and kicked a box that was beside his foot on the floor. I was stunned by that kind of behaviour. "That's really bad customer services" I said. He then said "it's non of your business, GET OUT" he shouted. At this point he was so angry and furious that he chucked the food aside. " I'm not serving you, let someone else serve you" he said. I turned to his colleague and I was simply explaining what had taken place. He got angry and started saying things in a language that was not English. His colleague spoke back to him in another language which I could not understand but through hand gestures I could work out that he was telling him to calm down. If only I had read the reviews before going to give my money to this excuse of a business. After returning home the burger that they had sold me was beyond disgrace. I went right back to the shop where i spoke with the manage, all he had to say was "hmm, hmm.... do you want me to cook you fresh food now or would you like a refund"? Got my refund. It's pretty clear to me that this is a ongoing problem. Where customers are being spoken to like the dirt that you wipe of your shoe. A undercover needs to visit that shop... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED ! I MADE AN ORDER OF £40 ONLY TO RECEIVE BURNT PIZZA , NOT ONLY WAS THE PIZZA BURNT TO CRISP , WHEN CALLING I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS THE DRIVER THAT SHOULD'VE CHECKED THE PIZZA ! the staff MEMBER WAS RUDE AND EXTREMELY DISMISSIVE , WHEN I HAD ASKED FOR ANOTHER PIZZA TO BE SENT OUT I WAS TOLD " WE HAVE NO DRIVERS GOING TOWARDS YOUR AREA!!" I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND THEN OF COURSE THE STAFF MEMBER SAID THEY'D SEND OUT A FRESH PIZZA . MIND YOU , WHEN I HAD CALLED THEY HAD HUNG UP ON ME FIRST TIME , WHEN THE PIZZA WAS DELIVERED BY THE DRIVER , HE SHOVED THE PIZZA BOX AS YELLED "TAKE IT" !! They do the best chips in the Uk/London why can’t all the other chicken shops do it like this I don’t know if they use a special frying oil?

I’m very upset been going here 10 years +. I love the samosas chicken and lamb. They have always done a multi buy deal on them like forever. Now I’m told it’s 60p each! So now we get less for more money! Profoundly disappointed in you chick chicken. FYI I have always loved the food here especially the chips, just very shabby that I’m paying more money for less for something I love.
