Chicken & Pizza Point — Restaurant in London

Very poor customer service. The lady who served me was very rude. After I ordered my food i left for 10 minutes and when I came back, she was dealing with obnoxiously behaved costumers.I requested to have my chips and chicken in separate boxes. Without listening she said that she can't do that for me , and asked me to take my money back in a rude manner. It's as though she was taking her anger out on me from the previous costumers . After that had happened, I told her I want my food considering I had already waited for 10 minutes. While I was talking to her, she was constantly telling me to "shoosh" in an unpleasant manner and didn't listen to what I have to say.

After receiving my food, it was partially burnt, and it was spicy despite me asking her previously to make the food mild. While I was about to make my exit, she had said "go , go ,get out in a rude tone" this was really infuriating for me, and I made my exit.

What really annoyed me most was that she hadn't behaved that way with the previous obnoxious costumers, yet she behaved that way with me who was asking a...

I am regular at this shop. I always buy from this shop. But this time when I ask for thin crust pizza for my son as he likes only thin crust. They serve us thick crust or pan pizza but to make it worse when I complain about it. The owner try to convince me that it is thin crust and it just puff because of oven. Less he knew that I have worked as store manager in pizza hut and I know how it works. The pan dough has less shelf life in pizza hut we discard after 4 hours and they serve us expired pan dough. I ask my don to let me taste and it tasted horrible. The shop is good if you buy their wings and chips or chicken but definitely not for pizza. Beside it make me angry that despite me telling him that I have worked in pizza hut he still didn't care and even try to cover up. If you buy pizza from this shop, always careful as the pizza dough doesn't have longer shelf life and these people will try to serve you...

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I waited 15 minutes for a two-piece meal, as they were cooking the chicken. I specifically requested leg pieces. The staff member initially offered me two side pieces, but then double-checked if I wanted the leg or the side. I informed him that I wanted the leg piece. He then tipped the box into the chip area to add the "correct" chicken. When I arrived home, I discovered that I had been essentially tricked, as there was only one leg in the box. I am appalled by the dishonesty and unprofessional manner in which this situation was handled. If there were no leg pieces available, I wish that this had been communicated to me.
