Chicken City — Restaurant in London

Honestly, absolutely disgusting.. Ever since the place went under new management I've been trying to avoid it. Let me start with the positives. There was a recent renovation, and the store looks very nice. The service is good, for example it's fast and they like to joke around, but. The food is not what it was, say for example 12 years ago. I can say this with experience as I have ate from here for nearly 10 years. It was nasty. The prices have went up and the quality has dropped. The pizza was tiny and not worth the money, almost like a mini pizza, just bigger then my hand, and it was awful. All of the chicken burgers fell apart in my hand, and could be considered undercooked. But at the same time, the chicken pieces were overcooked and looked like an old leather shoe? You won't see me...

Used to live local to this chicken shop, the best I've had, had a taste of it yesterday after a year, and I can surely say, the restaurant has lost its standards, my pizza was burnt as somebody forgot to take it out until the till Infront person has done so, and when he had, and I took it for a takeaway, he had not said it was burnt and just puten it inside the pizza box, chips were cold and soggy, chicken fillet burger felt like it was a half portion burger, now I understand why the customer Infront wanted less chips, chicken pcs were cold and tasteless with no freshness to them, wings were cold, and quarter of the wings were there with not much meat on them, just like bones, sad to say, this use to be on my favourite places for take aways, but now it...

Been going here for 10 years, today absolutely threw me off. After ordering over the phone, they ‘forgot’ a portion of fries and a drink, and have apparently changed the way they cook their chicken, now they cut an entire piece in half so it cooks, and proceed to burn it to a crisp anyways 😩. Honestly, awful service, they didn’t even apologise for their initial mistake, the guy even went on to aggressively demonstrate this abnormal practice of theirs. Just to prove my point, he threw both the demo piece and the piece that I got in the bin. This place has been on a decline for quite some time now, and this just cemented it for me.
