Chicken Cottage — Restaurant in London

Ordered through JustEat, and all of my food was delivered cold. I called the shop immediately, saying that "drivers pick up the food without thermal bags" and offered to cook me FRESH food. I took all the food back, explained who I was and what I was bringing the food back for and then in front of my face prepared "fresh" food that was just as cold as what was delivered. Absolutely disgusting service. Shop is more than happy to serve lukewarm meat products to then blame delivery drivers for their own shortcomings. The person who I'm assuming was in charge for the day stated that refunds are only handled through JustEat, and did not wish to grant me an in person refund. I then stated I wanted a short note signed by him stating that the restaurant verbally accepted liability for delivering my order cold. Even after verbally confirming the restaurant accepts liability, he was not willing to provide any written proof of this. All he was concerned with was ending the conversation instead of providing any form of customer service. Absolutely disgusting service, cold and disgusting food. The two brothers that work here are extremely nice. Always eager to start a conversation and never have an issue to serve. It's been clear they have been raised right, with how they treat their customers. Now, when it comes to payment and food. Yes, prices are a little prices and yes, they only take cash. But in this economy, that's fair. When it comes to the food, I am happy to disclose that every single time I have come here, the food was fantastic. The fillet burger is delicious. The fries, crispy on the outside - fluffy on the inside. The seasonings on the chicken are immaculate. The chicken strips, I have to be purely honest, they are out of this world. I am truly serious when I say this, you will never taste chicken strips this good anywhere else but here, in this Chicken Cottage. Of course, I have to mention that this is also the only place in the area trying to help fund the genocide that is happening in Gaza. I would've given them 0 if there was an option. This is the third time I've gotten food from them and they have scammed me yet again. Three times the charm eh. Today I asked for a double decker burger meal and what did they do? They gave me a single chicken piece in a burger again! You give me something that I didn't order, which, by the way would cost me less but you charge me extra? Plus, the girl at the till didn't give me a receipt. The second time that I got food from them was chicken wraps. They were as if a 5 year old had filled them. Hardly any chicken, hardly any sauce and hardly any flavor.
