Chicken Cottage — Restaurant in London

Staff was miserable amd very unwelcoming. Didn't care about the rule of 2 customers in the shop. Neither did they care about masks despite the clear signage saying "no mask,no food"

They gave me 1 measly napkin woth my food.. The Chicken strips tasted undercooked, chicken burger had more mayonnaise than chicken & the chips tasted like cardboard, which I'm guessing was reheated. I watched them take hot wings and chicken legs out of the hot counter, to re-fry them, then pack them for someones delivery. Won't be returning again. Possibly the worst chicken shop...

Unfortunately the food received was not that of the pictures on the menu. The chicken coating on the thighs and drumsticks wasn’t crispy, it was soft, pale in colour, and a probably should’ve been allowed to fry for longer. The chicken, however, was very hot in temperature which told me had been cooked properly, so thumbs up there. Chips were ok, nothing special but did the job. The variety bucket is what we chose for £25. The store was clean and the staff were friendly and quick...

I went in and was like lemme get the chicken mix box but can I get a drumstick instead of a drink

And he was like nah you can have a wing instead

And I was like yeah fair no worries lemme get a chicken strip not a wing

And he was like yeah sound

And then when he gave it to me he was like I actually did put a drumstick in there in the end

And I didn’t really get what he was saying but realized when I got home he sorted me out
