The Suite was okay and clean part from the floor that it was damage in some places. For anyone who want to take a night in this hotel .. be prepared to find a car park first to keep your car in it because they don't let you park in their car park Which it's something really ridiculous . And the staff their they can't be trusted at all When I went there every single minute they say something new .. When I went to do the check in they asked me for holding deposit which it was a surprise for me coz i already paid in the booking app and on the app it said that i dont need to pay for anything when arrival .. I said I prefer to pay cash they said you have to wait about an hour after the check out to check the room and I said that's fine After that they asked me do u not have a bank card .. I said yes I do but I don't prefer to pay card .. they said okay so u gonna wait 2 - 3 hours instead of 1 hour if you pay cash and he was really I said and what about paying by card .. they said the money will go back to your account in the same day I paid the deposit by card and I asked again is the money gonna go back in the same day .. they said no it may take 1 - 2 working days . And the reception close at 8 p.m and it doesn't open tell 10.30 am .. so if u get any problem you can't get in touch with any one coz they are closed.. and if you have an early flight next day you won't be able to go at time because you can't do a check out . If you are booking via AIRBNB, please bare in mind that it is outside of Airbnb policy for the apartment complex OR for the owner of the apartment to request a £500 deposit. If you do proceed to put a deposit down. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT BACK!
If you ignore the above warning, and decide to stay at this apartment complex please ensure you take video footage of the apartment when you first arrive. Both the receptionist and the apartment owner will accuse you of either theft or damaging the property so that they can keep your deposit.
The apartment does not pass basic hygienic standards. The apartment has a mouldy smell, there was dirty crockery, food residue on the kitchen counter tops, sticky floors and stained furniture upon entry of the apartment.
There is no functioning heating system or air conditioning in this apartment. So the apartment will be ABSOLUTELY FREEZING. Bring two jumpers if you want to get a good nights rest.
If you are thinking of parking inside the complex. DO NOT! The receptionist overcharges you. Our price was £25 for 30 minutes.
If you feel that the above can be easily resolved. You are sadly mistaken. The receptionist lack any type of customer service and are very unprofessional and rude. I would suggest recording all conversations via video to ensure that they do not retract statements which they did in my case.
I will definitely be taking my experience to court as I believe the business is un-ethical, fraudulent and just disgraceful.

I booked a luxury apartment' and this was far from it! It doesn't deserve a '1 star' rating, if I could give it a zero it would be more appropriate. The building was on a busy crossroads intersection with busses and HGV's running late into the night. The photos on the website are of a luxury apartment but these apartments are in a really bad dirty state of repair; no hot water, dirty toilet and toilet seat cracked on the edges, the shower doors don't close properly which means the water leaks over the floor, the floor boards are broken, noisy and uneven (a tripping hazard), there was no headboard on the bed, the tiny windows didn't close properly and the blinds didn't work! There was also construction noise from early morning which woke me up. When I went to reception to enquire if I had been given the wrong apartment, there was no one at reception and the door was locked. I made a formal complaint to their receptionist who had said she passed the message on to the manager. However after many follow up calls on a weekly basis and promises that the manager will call me back, they never did. 2 months later, I still hadn't heard back from the manager. If you decide to stay here insist on seeing the photos of the actual apartment that you will be staying in before booking. Better still, don't book here, you'll thank this review!
