Won’t give a single star if there was an option. Worst experience ever. Food was cold and tastes bad. It was surely on the rack for a long time and rather than discarding it, these stingy beggars decided to sell it. The wings were cold and spicy. One Sri Lankan or perhaps South Indian guy was really rude unbelievable. He was fighting and arguing with every customer. He was also fighting with a man came in the restaurant because he had blocked his car with his motorbike. The man was really polite and asked him nicely to move his bike so that he can take his car out. He started fighting with him and said I am not going to move you reverse and leave. The man told him you have no manners and common sense that you blocked my car by parking your bike only few inches away, be considerate to the others next time to avoid inconvenience to innocent people. The Indian guy was keep screaming and shouting all sorts of abusive words. The owner of the shop came and was also rude rather than explaining his staff to be considerate or feel embarrassed of a shameful act. The shop floor was very dirty with food and tissues all over. I asked for the sauce and the owner said it’s extra cost or eat what we gave you, very rude. Never again very bad franchise all over. Chicken cottage is a well known respected name due to this I first time walked in but never again.
