Chicken Cottage — Restaurant in London

Waited 8 minutes to be served with one person already ordered and waiting. There were two staff at the back talking, laughing and joking looked at me 3 times and ignored me. I then called over politely which I was approached with aggressive attitude and asked what do I want. I asked for a two peice and chips. I was told there was only one peice of chicken ready, so I changed too a 1 peice and 3 wings, which I was told there was only one wing ready! I didn’t understand why there wasn’t any chicken ready to which I was told by the guy what don’t I get, am I stupid? Maybe I should go few doors down to McDonald’s. Of which I did as my parking ticket was going to run out. It’s supposed to be fast food. I have never been treated like this in any establishment before and the fact the place only opened a week ago shows me that that people like that will bury a business like this. I’d love to speak too a rep or supervisor but no point of contact or replies to email for an email address I have sent my compliant too.

I would suggest avoiding the place unless you enjoy long waits, bad attitudes and I’d suspect the food won’t be promising at this rate!!! I recently placed an order through Uber Eats, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. After waiting for over an hour with no sign of my delivery, I decided to call the restaurant to see what was going on. To my surprise, they simply told me they were "waiting for a driver."

This is completely unacceptable. When you order food, especially when you’re hungry, you expect it to arrive within a reasonable time frame. The lack of communication and the long wait left me feeling incredibly frustrated. I won't be ordering from this place again.

I’m never ordering from this restaurant again I ordered quarter pounder meal and a supreme meal ,two tubs of ice cream , cookie doh … well I requested no tomatoes in quarter pounder burger but they put them in but me mum can eat them due to health reasons and I asked for plain chicken fillet burger and got hot and spicy and we both didn’t get our drinks and I didn’t get chicken strips but when u try to call restaurant you don’t get answered to try and resolve the issue.

When it was Dallas chicken they got orders correct and followed instructions on order note and if not they would at least answer the phone to resolve it.
