Primo Caffe — Restaurant in London

Previously have had good experiences here however the customer service was lacking today. The server poured scalding water from the teapot on my friends foot and leg. She was rushing as she turned and the water spurted out based on lack of care. When my friend said ouch, and there was hot water all over the floor, we barely got an apology and the server rushed off. Later on when it was closing, there was no usual warning we are about to close, just a sudden, we are closed. We both felt these situations could have been handled better, with more friendliness and understanding. Well this is a first-ever negative review I have ever written Poor customer service. Behavior of staff was rude and unacceptable. It’s not what she said, it’s how she said it. This was our first visit to the café and we had no idea regarding items on sale and menu. I was deliberately not coming close to her face because as a scientist I thought it’s not safe for her well being in the current climate and I should speak from some distance. Three stars as my daughter liked her chicken wrap (although she thought it wasn't worth £7.95). I left most of my mozzarella roasted vegetable wrap. The vegetables were slimy and unappetising - see photo. I couldn't even identify 1 piece of veg, aubergine poss?? Both were served with just 2 small lettuce leaves. There's not much on the menu for non-meat eaters, just the usual mozzarella pesto and veg fillings (yawn yawn). The tuna as ever had sweetcorn in it, and the smoked salmon salad is small and not worth £9.95. I used to love primo but prices have gone up, and quality has gone down.
