Chicken Valley (Hayes) — Restaurant in London

Usually great place for food pity regular guy has gone to Southall store as ones left here not interested , rang them as it was due to close 20mins not interested then tells me it's old menu when I go in there every other night after work , had the order just recently now it's old or can't be bothered so left went to another takeaway old saying if you dont like go elsewhere that's what I've done lol very poor attitude and this is first time experienced this here, other 2 guys usually on have great attitudes and friendly neither here so disappointed in this team that were on , get back to hayes store sort it out , pity I had this experience as the food is good (when you get it ) place...

Absolutely terrible - please avoid this place. I found a hair in my food and showed it to the worker but he was rude in response. I was not able to get a refund which is extremely u professional and unacceptable. The workers are illegal migrants, they can’t speak english and they are very very rude. The tables are dirty and order area is full of rubbish. It looks completely unsanitary and the kitchen area looks very dirty as I can see scraps of food on the floor, and looks wet and muddy. I had a great experience at Chicken Valley in Hayes! The food is delicious, fresh and well seasoned- the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The owner or ( staff member) was especially kind, sweet and lovely, which made the experience even better. Definitely recommend this place for great food and top tier service! They’re open late, usually until 3am, which makes it perfect for a late night meal. Plus, they’re soon going to start offering pizza and home delivery until 3 am, which is amazing!. I definitely recommend coming here for good food and great top notch...
