Town Pizza — Restaurant in London

The food is edible, I guess, but the staff are so horrible to customers, they’re so rude when you ask questions or whatever.. like why would you expect the customer to know every little detail already?😂 The woman that works the till gives off a mean vibe sometimes, too. One time the driver left the bottle of Pepsi at the pizza place and still charged me for it. Another time I gave my mum the notes to pay him cause I wasn’t dressed well and he left without giving change.. she didn’t stop him because she wasn’t aware she should be expecting change, but he shouldn’t have taken it to begin with. They’re also very stingy with sauce, lol. If I bought an extra large pizza and some burger meals to feed 5 for example, we’re not going to be crouched around the same pot of garlic lmao. Don’t charge me for sauce. Wyd? That’s just deliveries, the dining experience there isn’t the best either. Always a lot of flies. You have to touch the front side of the bin to open it; very unsanitary and you almost always see more flies flying out. The tables are always dirty with sauce or crumbs. The chairs aren’t comfortable either. There’s only enough space for 2 groups of 4 max. I like the mirror, though. TLDR - Learn what etiquette is. Let your driver know what the prices are. PLEASE READ TILL THE END. Appalling. Disturbing. Unprofessional. Distraught by them. On one occasion i ordered a pizza,they put on wrong toppings. I asked if they could deliver me the new one as i went to pick up the old one but they had givn the wrong item, therefore i felt as if i shouldn't use my petrol for their mistake. But they refused, so i ended up using my petrol for their mistake after having an argument. Then on a recent occasion they did not learn from their mistake. we had ordered a deal for my family to enjoy which was 3 large pizzas for i think £23 and it was going okay the ordering system was alright and once i had gotten them i had them opened them and had gotten my order completely wrong. we were very upset so we called them and they had blamed it on us that we ordered them wrong. which is very rude because it was very easy to explain on what we wanted on the pizzas so i don't see how hard it is to get three pizzas right. we were very mad and upset we did not end up eating our food because from the fact that it was wrong and that we got blamed for getting our own order wrong. also which doesn't make any sense.this review is meant to be a zero star but i...
