I generally don't give much online reviews but wanted to really alarm fellow neighbours.
We went inside attracted by the their ambience. The lady took order sounded rude and served hot pakoras, samosas and falooda together.we asked if they keep the falooda in fridge and serve after we finish the fritters. She was showing faces. We thought may be she is having a bad day & didn't take it to heart.
Pakoras tasted good until something got in the teeth. Check the video to understand by yourself
Totally disappointed, we asked the waitress in charge. She brought the manager. He said he will enquire but every hotels will have its own mistakes. He was so casual to say, may be the stone came from basan floor! We asked are you trying to normalize these kind of food quality issues? He said everyone makes mistakes, haven't you made any mistakes in life!
All we were looking forward was a sincere apology and an assurance to ensure that won't happen again. What we got was an apology followed by a justification of the mistake and how it is common.
Totally disappointed, we paid for what we are and left. They denied payment but we didn't want free food anyways..
Last thing - when asked for receipt they gave the card payment receipt and mentioned that's the only receipt that have!
Never ever risk your evenings in such a place with poor food quality & pathetic...
Read moreThis place is weird as hell. The food is ok (not amazing, but not awful either, very mid), but they keep demanding payment that has been made.
The service was awful though:
I bought a mix grill and biriyani and paid on the spot. Staff were friendly enough when I ordered. I was told to come back after 15 mins, so I went for a walk and came back but food wasnt done. No prob, I bought a chai from them while waiting (the chai was bad , not spiced enough).
When the food was done, they gave me the mix grill and three naans. I asked about it, and they argues and shouted at me that I asked for three naans instead of a biriyani (which is hard to get mistaken in any accent..). The guy (owner I think) said fine, we'll change it. Then they asked me to pay for the difference between the naan and the biriyani. I was shocked and said I already paid, and the owner shouted at me in front of the other customers saying I paid for the naan not the biriyani. I had to pull up my bank account to show proof (thank God I paid by card and not cash..). Then I left it at that, and was leaving the shop, but was stopped by the worker asking me to pay for my chai. Which I had paid for when i ordered!!!!
Will never be back honestly. Felt so weirded out by the vibes, was treated like a thief the whole time. Not sure if they're running a scam, or are weird or are just...
Read moreWe went for breakfast today( halwa puri n Nehari) Nehari was so pathetic it was actually a normal gravy with thickness… kulcha was good but they put so much oil on it😩 channay was good but porri n halwa was so much oily, halwa taste was good but can’t eat too much due to oil… now comes to service I think owner has no manners even un trained management was there.. they have no idea how to serve. For halwa poori, waiter served poori first and then after 5 minutes she bring poori then after 10 minutes she bring pickle … Nehari was so bakwas seriously infact to call it Nehari is insult of Nehari… kulcha was so oily as oil was dripping from kulcha basket. When we complaint about it so a rude waitress becomes arrogant and said where is oil and try to pick kulcha to show us where is oil then we show her look at the table and then without appology she just went..
On top of that there was only us and 1 more family in restaurant so we can’t say that due to more customers they are busy.. please take it as constructive criticism.
Confused management...
