Chilli Tree — Restaurant in London

Used to love this place but lately really gone down hill big time, order was wrong Chicken tikka starter which was meant to be a main course was burnt, dry, mostly uneatable, wife had to add some of my sauce just to get it down and I had to give some of mine so she had enough. the salad that they sent with it, one piece of cucumber, no tomatoes, and meal was just about warm enough to eat, £34 spent for two. maybe down to delivery company? tried to call them to ask politely to sort but couldn't get an answer so ended up going through Just Eat to resolve got £9.50 credit to my account but would have rather had a lovely meal that we ordered. I was using a restaurant in Upminster for my usual Indian take away until a couple months ago, the food was awful. I have since started using Chilli Tree and I can honestly say it’s the best curry I’ve had in years! The prices are really reasonable and if you can collect the food rather than have it delivered the price is discounted! Strongly advise not to order through just eat as they stick another £6 on the bill (that’s how much was added to my usual order)! Absolute RIP offs avoid at all costs went there on saturday 11th October 17.30pm under the name michelle. They charged us for 13 meals when we ordered 10 tried to tell me they did bring it out when in fact they never. Money grabbing restaurant took hours for our food to even come out and had to ask 20 times for the bill was there from 5.30pm - 8.15pm nearly 3 hrs is a joke. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.
