KFC Rainham - Cherry Tree Lane — Restaurant in London

Awful is one way to put it. I ordered my food and mh order number came up on the screen. First there were a few people who got their food before i did despite the fact that i odered before they did.

Later my order disappered from the screen and I complained twice and the only response i got was "its coming" or "it will be another 3 minutes".

I saw one of the members of staff touching the food without gloves on which ia disgusting! When i finally complained enough to get their attention which was at least 20 minutes after i ordered, despite the fact that there were no people amd it was not busy, i got told i would have to wait another 8 minutes which then turned into 15 and they still told me Its another 3 minutes.

I asked for a refuns because i was so angry with the service. The manager came out and again tried to say that i would only habe to wait 3 minutes after a good half hour after odering my food and one of the staff members who had my reciept didnt want to return it to me as if to try and hide the fact that i ordered food. Luckily in the end i got a refund

Look, this is the best KFC I’ve encountered. Their chicken is fresh, crispy and crunchy. I have no choice but to buy from here every time I go past. Nothing is too much bother for them as long as you eat in. I don’t know the experience you might get if you order delivery, but fresh chicken straight to your mouth…. There is just no beating that feeling, you get my meaning (I didn’t plan to make it rhyme.. so KFC HQ you can use it royalty free). Don’t forget to get the hot wings from here too, I buy them by the bucketload.

There is free parking and usually some spaces especially when I go at night. Also there is drive thru, but have yet to use it since it is so convenient to just park and go in. They do have touch screens to order from, but it is just as nice to order at the counter since the staff are so nice and friendly if you order with a cheeky smile. Cherry Tree Lane KFC I...
