Got there at 8pm, quickly came to take orders for starters and mains. Starter came quickly but really wasn't worth the money paid. Mains finally came at 10pm, 2 hours after arriving. We had to wait nearly 2 hours just for mains to come. The "dancer" came on about 9:30pm and we asked the staff when our food would arrive as we were hungry to be told "after the dancer finishes" what a joke! Someone in our party got up after another 15 minutes and went downstairs to ask again when our mains were to be coming out & complained about the lack of service. After the "dancer" finished at 10pm our mains finally arrived. Food wasn't especially great, just a glorified takeaway on a plate. Waiting time was an absolute joke. Not somewhere i would go...

We unfortunately didnt have the best experience.The lamb shish was very undercooked, i know lamb can sometimes be a bit pink but this had that jellylike texture we couldnt eat it. The salad was very wilted and inedible and the chicken was also a little bit pink. However, lamb donner was nice and the lamb chop was cooked to perfection it was delicious, so was the kofte. Maybe it was where we ordered late that the salad was bad and maybe they rushed the shish but thats not really an excuse. Read moreIt's a small family run restaurant providing excellent traditional Turkish food at a reasonable price. There's a happy vibrant feel to the place, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The evening I was at the restaurant had a live dance act of which the dancer engaged with the audience and encouraged them to dance with her. On the whole a very enjoyable evening and I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to family and friends.
