My partner and I decided to have dinner at this restaurant, but we were very disappointed. The portion sizes were extremely small compared to the high prices. We noticed that the takeaway menu was reasonably priced, but for dine-in, they had doubled the prices. During our meal, I asked for chili oil, which is usually provided for free with appetizers at other restaurants. However, they charged an unreasonable amount for it, and to make matters worse, the price wasn’t even listed on the menu. On top of that, there was a mandatory 12.5% service charge. The restaurant was empty, and now I understand why. the food was overly salty, one person was working in the restuarent keep saying they have to charge for tap water, charge to wash the glass etc which is ridiculous. overall, I ended up paying a ridiculous amount for a disappointing meal. I will never return.

This restaurant is a refreshing revisit to Chinese food. Too often you order Chinese food and it's all greasy and unappetising but Dragon Inn tastes of freshness! Every person I speak to about this place says the same thing "the food tastes clean" and I have to agree. Wonderful food that doesn't bog you down and make you feel like you have done damage to your heart lol.

The lady that served us was so nice. Honestly never had better service. The food was yummy, hot and was served so quickly and they have great prices! The dine in and take away menu are different prices and serve different things but still great choices! For the service you receive it’s definitely worth visiting. Will definitely be going back!

Shocking. Don’t go. Lived in rainham 16 years thought give it a go.Firstly I would like to say the staff are polite and courteous but that where that story ends. Friday night 9 pm completely empty restaurant not a single sole in there, but hey ho that’s not there fault or is it???.’ 1. Plates in table completely covered in dust and debris, politely and apologeticly changed by waiter. No heating freezing. Used the loo twice no lights, couldn’t be bothered to ask to suggest they turn lights on ladies/ gents. Asked for king prawns as we arrived always love a pre starter, burnt to a CRISP YUK but on a positive note they came very quickly. 5, salt and pepper ribs soooooooo much salt didn’t eat ‘em. Pork chow mein tasteless Prawn toast best ever. Sweet and sour chicken yuk. 9 crispy duck 6 out of 10 10 chicken satay 6 out 10. Tried to leave completely unbiased review. As previously stated staff 100% great, they didn’t hesitate to take Off dishes that were not up to. Scratch. Asked staff to itemise bill they questioned why I asked this! Just what I’ve been advised by people who have been there before. Sorry guys, your great people BUT not an...

Went to Dragon Inn last night for mine and my sisters birthday. Absolutely appalying service! We arrived at 6.45 and we never got served in till 9pm. They kept asking us if we wanted drinks so that they could just have our money and we noticed that they were doing the takeaway delivery food first before doing ours. 2 hours we waited for our food! Absolutely disgusting! Then they brought a hot dish out and didn't tell us the plate was hot which my sister went to pick it up and burnt her fingers which she has had to go to a walk in centre because it's quite servere. Freezing cold in there all night, no heating, only two members of staff serving and it wasn't even packed. Food was cold and the beef was so tough we couldn't chew it. Will never be going back again! Over two hours to be served because they are doing take aways first, I don't think so. Disgusting service and...
