Called 8 times for over an hour. They either don’t pick up, and when they do they say hello and then hang up. First time I got through they told me to call back with my caller ID showing. I apologised; amended my settings and called back within seconds. After that they either ignored my calls or hung up soon after answering. I literally drive past Ilford Lane to get here now that I have discovered this place. Great chicken burger with juicy, tender chicken that is well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. Served on a soft, toasted bun, accompanied by fresh lettuce and mayo. The combination of textures and flavors were balanced and along with the crispy chips and delicious chilli mayo dip it was a satisfying and delicious meal. My family and I order food from here occasionally and it is almost always fantastic. The 20 wings are fresh and the sauce to go with them is great! Sometimes the fries are cold, but most of the time they are fresh. Definitely go here if you’re craving clean and delicious chicken shop food! ☺️

UPDATE - I’ve put my rating down to 2 stars because I made an order recently and the chicken wings were raw. The staff at the time in the restaurant were not apologetic at all!...
