Chinese gourmet — Restaurant in London

The lamb was very hard brown red meat, which means it's been reheated from another day. small portions, so I went on chat. then while on chat, my son was eating the smoked checking we also ordered and started crying because it's spicy... on your menu (attached screenshot) it has no chilli symbol and no spicy words, so we ordered this... the rest of the items did have the chilli symbol..... there were green chillis everywhere inside! it was spicy. I'm afraid that's not right, it's wrong. we have all the evidence.

Also, called the restaurant to complain about the lamb, she told me and shouted at me telling me i am wrong.. so I left it. then when we found the chilli's in the chicken, i called again... she shouted again, throwing abuse over the phone. telling me that I should call them to ask if it's spicy!! What's the point of the menu on Just eat then!

See lamb pictures. it is burgundy red lamb flesh... it means the meat was cooked another day ago... it was reheated. it got delivered to me within 20 min!!! how can they cook lamb and chicken this fast??

Alright food, have been ordering from here for almost 10 years but bad delivery and planning everytime.

I live literally 2 minutes away by car and 5 mins by walking from the shop. But for some reason my food took forever to reach my house in my last order. The reasoning i was given was that an order was placed before mine and they lived over 10 minutes away which for some reason they felt that they had to deliver the food to that person first then to my house over 20 minutes after sending the food out. It just did not make sense.

My takeaway bag was dripping with condensation, my spring rolls were soft and wet and the food was luke warm.

Terrible delivery and i am not ordering from them again. They clearly do not know how to plan their deliveries. I received my order 70 minutes...

Ordered a chicken Chow Mein from here and it was so tasteless- can’t believe it. I’ve had Chinese food for years and from so many different restaurants and omg never tasted as rank as this. First time I’m ever giving a bad review somewhere for food but this was too horrible not to write a review. Sorry guys but you need to step up your chef techniques!

Thanks for the response. Well the meat and the noodles were both tasteless and lacked flavour of normal Chow Mein. I had to re fry it and add more flavours to even get it to be eatable. Plus it was for my four year old daughter who generally loves noodles but even she complained she didn’t like it. Thanks for passing it on to the chef maybe they will consider changing their...
