Flavours Gelato — Restaurant in London

Went here today. I have allergies. The lady who I approached first kept saying how the deserts have traces of the allergen. I asked for the allergen menu and I was told they DO NOT have one. I told her that I need to know what is actually made with the allergen...she could not say just said that they have traces but not the allergen. I then asked for the ingredients which she could not provide. She asked her colleague or manager to take over. He then said to me everything on the menu has the allergen except sorbet. My friends then went up and asked for the allergen menu....a partial allergen menu was magically provided to them (I thought they didn't have one?) And this actually said some I've creams were ok for me to have. They also advised that if anyone has allergies they just would not serve them....disgusting service. The food was terrible, not a single person on our table enjoyed their food. Most of it was left for the bin. Overall bad food and bad service....

It was my first time visiting the place today, and I ordered mango and Lychee fruit tea. First, I was disappointed to notice the staff lady was busy talking on the phone to some relatives in India, and then after an approx 20 minutes of wait, I was handed my tea. There was no other person or orders before mine, but it took her long to prep tea. I was already disappointed in the services and to top it up she handed over tea with the usual straws and not the special ones for bobas. She advised that these were new types and I will not have any issues, but guess what, no bobas came out in any sip, drinks were too sweet so I had to bin.. £8.50 wasted. I highly advise to...

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my caramel tart. I was abit skeptical waiting 15 mins for just a caramel tart and custard to takeaway, when at most places it’s cut out from a freshly baked tray and quick to serve. Anyway I remained optimistic and was looking forward to it. When I got home this was not what I was expecting, it looks like cheap ready made pastry and the lady has just filled it with caramel sauce like for ice cream, it has given me a very bad heartburn.
