Sanjha Chulha — Restaurant in London

Very poor service. Have to wait so long for food to be served. Cabbage fried rice was served instead of chicken fried rice. Normally a restaurant should serve rice and curry together but in this place ...the rice comes first and gets cold after 15-20 mts wait the curry dishes were served. They even charged 3 pounds per plate for salad and 2 pounds for popodoms . We were 13 in total including kids. A Coke bottle 5 £ which is so expensive. Taste of the food was horrible. Butter chicken tasted like fish curry....I have never tasted a horrible butter chicken like in this restaurant. They definitely need to change their cheffs or teach the how to make good food. As we were giving treat to our uncle and aunty from Southampton....I was embarrassed to say that they have to taste a horrible food from this place . I didn't see anyone coming to this restaurant from the time we sat till we left . TheeT was some kids party inside the room . I will never ever recommend this restaurant to any of my friends or family. Really disappointed and heartbroken after paying the bill as it was too expensive . Not at all satisfied for price I paid. Avoid this place not worth at all.. I went there with family only one family was there rest of the restaurant was empty.

We asked can we have table for 4, Manager (Anita) all she said go and sit where ever you want. Is that how you welcome your customers..!

We placed our order for starters which was for mixed grill and Tikki with chana. Order came on our table grill platter was full of oil no plates were served when we asked for some plates waiter came and dumped all the plates in front of me and walked away..

Chicken didn't taste right, when I went to the bar to speak to her she was on her phone with earphones in her hear.. her Response was I'm on conference call, yeah right...

What's the problem. When I mentioned about the food her reply was did u ever had Tikki channa or grill..

I said food is very oily and Tikki in the channa was hidden somewhere as it was served in the bowl, lettuce looked like it was good 2/3 days old..

Disgusting attitude, I don't know how the restaurant is still open..

Avoid this place at all cost...

You will be better off getting kebab roll...

I went to this restaurant today, & could honestly put my hand on heart and say it's the worse Indian I've ever eaten! From arriving to the restaurant it was freezing cold, we was sat down then the waiters if you could call them that didn't even offer us a drink we had to call them. They then gave us mango juice that had a big clump of mould in when we called the waiter he laughed and changed it with no apology! We then get our starters with no tissues we had to ask for cutlery that should already be set out, then when we received our main the plates were freezing cold wasn't warmed up at all for the food to stay warm not that it was needed the food was all cold! Complained and they brought it back out again freezing cold! Food had no taste bland chicken had loads of fatty grissle! Tasted cheap and nasty, had no customer service skills & I can't believe it's still open no wonder we was the only ones in there and not a single soul came in for the whole time we was there! Shouldn't be open and there hygiene is disgusting, food safety needs to seriously inspect this place because I deffently...
