The flavours of the dishes are exceptional, and you can taste the different spices that have been used in each case - no premixed sauces here. The Vindaloo is my favourite , it is not the fiery hot nonsense that you get in a standard "Indian" restaurant, but a beautifully balanced dish that allows the individual flavours to shine through. Very children oriented (which is really important if you want to enjoy spicy food but need some creativity to get some non spicy delights for the kids. Most delightful was the Ocra dish. Pakoras were great, Mango Lassi was creamy and aromatic. Nan and other dishes all up to high standards.
