Classico Pizza Sutton — Restaurant in London

Delicious pizza but terrible service and rude staff We ordered for first time using Uber eats, estimated delivery was in one hour time and after 75 minutes of waiting we had to call them as the delivery status was still ‘preparing’, not even out for delivery and they said they are extremely busy. We explained that we’ve been waiting 15 minutes more than the estimated time and have 2 hungry kids to feed and probably they shouldn’t use Uber eats for deliveries if they can’t handle it which made the lady extremely rude and said I shouldn’t be talking to her like this and that’s not her problem.... When the Uber driver arrived he said he is only responsible for the delivery and that he has just collected the pizza ( true, because it was hot when delivered) so it’s the restaurant’s fault for the delay They even didn’t apologise, seems like they just want to make more quick money but this is not the way you treat customers Will never order from them again, so...

Don’t order the hot & spicy chicken wings from here. The batter is so thick that the chicken doesn’t cook properly and is inedible. Very disappointed. It should be mentioned on the menu that these are battered instead of coated with sauce. After calling the restaurant, they’ve send us bbq wings which weren’t cooked properly either, but we couldn’t be bothered to call them again and put them in the air fryer to finish cooking them. Pizza & mozzarella strips were a lot better...

Physically Violent Staff! I was told the pizza would take 45 minutes. After an hour I phoned to ask when it would arrive. The staff member was rude, told me the order was cancelled and hung up the phone. I had to go down there because I had already paid. I was angry but the staff member wanted to have a fight with me! He kicked me in the stomach and threw me out. Needless to say I will not be ordering from...
