Been coming here for years & the only reason I have even given any stars is because of the man who works there (unfortunately donât know his name but he has dark hair with dreads, very nice man!) lately there have been two new staff members in particular who are really rude! The first one is a young girl, dark hair and wears a black head scarf. First time she ever served me, last year, she made my drink with cows milk even though I said a handful of times I cannot have dairy and to have it with oat, I only realised when I was drinking it that it wasnât dairy free, when I went back to ask if it was cows milk she stated I didnât ask for oat and continued to pull faces at me like I was talking a different language. I told her that I will be unwell from it & not even an apology, luckily the man stepped in & offered me another drink, which I didnât want at the time but he gave me some vouchers for next time. I felt very unwell for the rest of the day! Fast forward today, I made an order for x3 drinks totalling ÂŁ15 & what a waste of money! When my daughters drink arrived she told me âoh we donât have any dairy free whipped creamâ & I asked why she didnât tell me that before, now I know it isnât her problem but this drink was for an autistic child who is very much used to the same foods & struggles with changes, Iâm not saying a barista needs to be aware of this or care but if I was informed I would of asked them to either cancel the order or have something else, especially when this drink alone costs nearly ÂŁ5. When I said this she just shrugged at me, pulled a face & walked away, I found it rather rude. When she gave the final drink I kindly asked if I could also have a baby chino, when she prepared it she basically threw it at me & lucky it didnât go any further as it would of gone of the side and over my toddler. The other customers were even shocked.
The drinks were awful too, such a waste of money.
The other is the older lady with black hair, possibly a manager, so rude and full of attitude thereâs really no reason for it.
I feel bad for the staff as it seems like they are rushed of their feet and possibly understaffed but the place is always a mess too with dirty cups, plates & food over the tables - they never seem to get cleaned. Which is a shame since the refrub.
Minus the man & another young girl who works there (brown hair, once saw her in an arctic monkeys tee) the service is shocking. I cannot believe the lack of customer service and rudeness from two people working customer facing roles. Iâve never once been rude to these ladies, even when I was made ill by one of them!

   Read moreThis was my first ever visit to this branch. I spend a lot of money on Starbucks across a few different branches, first and last time here. I ordered upfront on the app 10 minutes before I arrived, when I arrived it wasnât ready and around 12-15 people were waiting by the coffee machine. The older lady operating the machine was incredibly slow given that the machine does 90% of the work in a Starbucks. After another 10 minutes the lady went off and was replaced with another younger lady with coloured hair, admittedly she was quicker but she was so rushed and picking up the slack on backdated orders that orders were going out wrong. I eventually got mine after 20 minutes in store and 30 minutes after placing the initial order to be met with a drink made with the wrong milk, I was so so angry but didnât have to time to go back and complain knowing that it would take forever to get another drink. I will not be trying this branch again unfortunately and will stick to the stores I know work alot better...
   Read moreWhat an unusual experience today!!! This is my regular Starbucks - every Friday for a Clotted Cream fudge with my 9 year old. Itâs usually no problem at all to order it for my son with the coffee and the milk separate. Today it was such an issue, the service was appalling, ordered a muffin too âto eat inâ but got it in a bag & literally thrown in the face plus the drink came completely different to what we used to have⌠I tried to explain, no attempt to understand or for the 2 people to even apologise.
