I was going to deduct a star because they had no biscotti to accompany my decaf cappuccino and to me that's the epitome of a perfect Italian mid morning snack. However the salted caramel brownie was flavoursome, moist and the coffee roast not bitter so need for my usual single spoon of brown sugar. Also you can't fault the clean mix of eco greenery with abstract graphics in the decor, almost laughabley tiny marble/wood style tables and the spic n span food and drink displays in the chiller cabinets and across the front counter. There's a great attention to detail in the layout. You won't waste time making your choice either as the pricing is clear. If in doubt ask the super friendly staff who are happy to make recommendations. Whether you're dropping by for an early breakfast, mid morning/ mid afternoon break or an ample pasta lunch you'll get change from a tenner, a rarity these days. Avoid this branch like the plague! The branch in Hammersmith is consistently ten times better than this one. I've been to the White City branch twice the past month and been to the Hammersmith branch over 30 times over the past year.

The White city branch for some reason likes to overboil the pasta into a soggy mushy mess, instead of having it a little past al dente like the branch in Hammersmith. Today, I decided to try out the "blue cheese carbonara with bacon," and yet again I was dissapointed by the soft pasta, and to add insult to injury, there wasn't even a speck of bacon.
