I ordered my son’s first birthday cake from Coffee & Cream , and once again, it was a wonderful experience. I always order cakes from here, and they never disappoint.

As a stay-at-home mom who doesn’t drive, it can be difficult for me to go out and place orders in person. But the staff, especially Sabir, have always been so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I was able to send all the details through call, text, and WhatsApp, and he handled everything smoothly.

The prices are unbelievably reasonable—while other places charge £100–£120, most of their cakes are under £100. I ordered an animal-themed cake this time, and not only did they perfectly print the picture I provided, but they also used their creativity to add grass and select beautiful colors that tied the whole theme together. The design was remarkable—it looked like the image was part of the cake itself, not just placed on top.

On top of that, the cake was eggless (which I prefer), and the flavors were absolutely amazing. I especially recommend the Black Forest and Vanilla—both are delicious!

A huge thank you to Sabir and the Coffee & Cream team for making the process so easy and the cake so special. I will definitely continue ordering from here, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, creative cakes at a reasonable price.

I am one of those who always reads reviews before buying anything but honestly never bother to write one . But i had to take time out and write one for my experience yesterday with a member of staff from coffee n cream .I had ordered a cake for my husband and son's birthday , which they share on the same day , so its always a big deal in our house . but due two some misunderstanding the dates got mixed up .The gentle man who makes the cake thought it was for next week . so when i went to pick up it wasn't ready . the other staff quickly called him , he was put on the phone with me , and he apologised for the misunderstanding . There was just 20 minutes fro them to close the shop .He said give me one hour and the cake will be ready , i was like no its ok ,i will just get another cake .He insisted that he will get it ready for me . Within in an hour i got a text saying it was ready for me to pick .I went to pick it at 10 as i was having dinner with our guest . He waited for me and i must say the cake was exactly how i wanted and for almost 15 people , tasted exactly like always . I have been a regular customer since the last 4 years . But this experience by far was the best .Thank you for putting a smile on my my 7...
