Little Ilford Park is a charming green space in Newham, East London, offering well-maintained lawns, mature trees, and vibrant flowerbeds. Visitors can enjoy walking paths, a children's playground, and sports facilities, making it ideal for relaxation and recreation. The park is clean and safe, with ample seating and friendly locals. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the urban environment, perfect for families, joggers, and those seeking a quiet retreat.

It's a great little park, in particular for those who live in this somewhat closed off corner of Manor Park (boxed in by the A406 and atrocious traffic on Romford Road). The park has quite a few different features (big field, kids play areas, tennis/basketball courts, exercise equipment) but it needs refurbishment as many things have really run down (benches, footpaths, exercise equipment, tennis courts).

Really cute park, during the day. There is a open area to play football and cricket. As well as 2 playground.🤭 One for 3-6 years old and the second one for older children. There are areas to have a picnic and relax. ✨ Dogs aren't allowed, although a lot of people don't follow the rule. 😕 I suggest to leave the place by 5/6pm as it gets filled with ppl drinking alcohol and they might get violent🤧

April 2020... Currently people are still going and playing their kids on the apparatus even though they closed it off. People around there do not seem to understand social differences. What's worse is even in these time people feeding Pigeons like Xmas festivals when these Pigeons carry infections and there is bird poo everywhere right in the entrance area disgusting really.

I would walk, run, jog around and there is a small grass pitch, if you go early it's fine. But other times at this period gets busy and advise going when less around. People do not seem to care much here and will come very close contact within your personal bubble

Early morning is more friendly for kids I would say or for those wishing to do some stretching or exercise avoid from afternoon gets busy.

As lockdown is easing in due course some changes will apply and probably going back to some normalized routine. However people are and will get complacent. So be careful.

Thank you. Generally the park is nice at times there are classes held here by the...

Nestled in the heart of the city, this park is a delightful urban oasis. Its vast green spaces are impeccably maintained, inviting visitors to relax or play.
