Costa Coffee in West Drayton is a great spot for coffee lovers looking for a cozy place to relax or grab a quick caffeine fix. Situated close to the town center and transport links, it’s very convenient for commuters, shoppers, and locals alike.
The café itself is clean and inviting, with comfortable seating and a warm atmosphere that makes it a nice place to unwind or catch up on work. The staff are generally friendly and efficient, often managing busy periods with a smile.
Costa’s signature coffee blends are, as expected, consistently good — rich, smooth, and freshly brewed. They offer a wide range of drinks including espresso-based coffees, teas, and seasonal specials. The food menu covers pastries, sandwiches, and snacks, which are fresh and tasty, though typical of a chain café.
Prices are standard for Costa, affordable but not budget, matching the quality and convenience offered. The location is ideal for a quick stop during your day, whether you want to take away or sit and enjoy.
Overall, Costa Coffee West Drayton provides a dependable and comfortable café experience with great coffee, making it a popular choice...
Read moreThe staff in here are actually really friendly and attentive. They get the orders done quickly and with no errors (or so I have not had any issues in 3 years of visiting). The seating/tables are comfortable and there is infact a trolley storage area next to it - handy if you're feeling parched after a spend.
As far as I'm aware, they accept gift cards in this costa and they also do the costa club points. I mention that because as standard as it should be, I have visited a couple of these small Costas within a bigger unit who don't do the points?!
In a nutshell, I'd recommend this costa. And I'd absolutely advise anyone to use this one rather than the one further down on Yiewsley high street! I shan't elaborate on that store on...
Read moreOrdered a medium hot chocolate and small hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. Respective prices £3.90 and £3.70, was charged £10 total for the drinks. I questioned this and was told a further £1.10 is added on to the drinks for the cream and marshmallow. I can accept that but the price still comes to £9.80 which I feel now I should have gotten two medium size drinks for that price. The staff should not be charging the extra 20 pence
Edit. Okay challenged them on the price and they told me that cream is 60p extra and marshmallows are 60p extra so the £10 price was right but when I asked previously to this they told me 50p and 60p hence the confusion. Still overall satisfaction is not great as they should be clearer...
