Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

Checked my transactions today after buying from here. This is my second transaction since Nov 24. Both transactions came to the same amount. I found this bizarre and realised that I was overcharged by £1.00 for this transaction today as one item bought was £1.00 cheaper than last month. There is a principle to this, so make sure you pay the amount marked up. If they do this to everyone then it would be unfair. They are a franchise. The staff was very nervous and rude. There was not any que I waited more than 10 minutes for a mocha and hot chocolate with my kids.
